  • By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
  • BestTrip reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

 

2. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service selected.
  • Payment methods include cash, bank transfer, online payment gateways, and credit/debit cards.
  • Prices are subject to change based on exchange rates, airline fares, and hotel policies.
  • Any changes or cancellations by the customer may be subject to cancellation fees, as per the policies of airlines, hotels, and other service providers.

 

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Flight Bookings: Cancellation and refund policies vary by airline. BestTrip will assist in processing refunds, but all charges are subject to airline rules.
  • Hotel Reservations: Cancellations depend on the hotel's policy. Some bookings may be non-refundable.
  • Umrah & Hajj Packages: Once booked, cancellation fees may apply, as per government regulations and service provider policies.
  • Tour Packages: Cancellations made within a certain period may be subject to a penalty. Refunds will be processed based on supplier policies.
  • Visa Processing: Visa fees are non-refundable, even if the visa is rejected by the respective embassy.

 

4. Visa & Travel Documents

  • Customers must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other travel documents required for their destination.
  • BestTrip assists with visa applications but does not guarantee visa approval, as it is at the discretion of the respective embassies.
  • The customer is responsible for complying with all immigration, customs, and legal requirements of their destination.

 

5. Responsibilities & Liabilities

  • BestTrip acts as an intermediary between customers and airlines, hotels, embassies, and other service providers. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service failures by third parties.
  • BestTrip is not liable for any losses, damages, accidents, injuries, or delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, airline strikes, or government restrictions.
  • Customers are advised to purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost baggage.

 

6. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
  • BestTrip may assist in purchasing travel insurance, but the customer is responsible for reviewing the terms and coverage.

 

7. Code of Conduct for Umrah & Hajj Travelers

  • Travelers must comply with Saudi Arabian laws and regulations during their pilgrimage.
  • Any violations may result in legal consequences, and BestTrip will not be responsible for any penalties imposed by authorities.
  • Any misconduct or misbehavior during the pilgrimage may result in removal from the group without any refund.

 

8. Force Majeure

  • BestTrip is not responsible for any cancellations or disruptions due to natural disasters, pandemics, war, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • In such cases, refund policies will depend on the respective airline, hotel, or service provider’s policy.

 

9. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate information when making bookings.
  • Customers are responsible for verifying flight times, hotel check-in/check-out policies, and other travel details before departure.
  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure compliance with COVID-19 regulations, if applicable.
