At BestTrip, we aim to provide transparent and reliable services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be applicable for flight tickets, hotel bookings, tours, Umrah/Hajj packages, and other travel services booked through us.

 

1. General Rules

  • Refund eligibility depends on the airline, hotel, or service provider’s policy, not solely on BestTrip.
  • Certain bookings may be non-refundable or may incur cancellation charges.
  • BestTrip service charges, transaction fees, or booking fees are non-refundable in all cases.

 

2. Flight Bookings

  • Refunds for flight tickets are subject to the airline’s cancellation and refund rules.
  • Some fares (especially promotional or discounted tickets) may be non-refundable.
  • If the airline issues a refund, BestTrip will process it to the customer’s original payment method after deducting any applicable fees.
  • Refund processing time may take 7–30 working days, depending on the airline and payment provider.

 

3. Hotel Bookings

  • Refunds for hotel cancellations depend on the hotel’s cancellation policy.
  • No-shows or late cancellations are usually non-refundable.
  • Prepaid hotel bookings may not be eligible for refunds.

 

4. Tour Packages / Umrah & Hajj Services

  • Packages may have different cancellation deadlines.
  • Deposits paid for group packages, Umrah, or Hajj services are generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will follow the terms agreed at the time of booking.

5. Service Fees

  • BestTrip’s service fees (for processing, booking, cancellation, or modifications) are non-refundable.
  • Additional charges from banks, payment gateways, or currency conversion are the responsibility of the customer.

 

6. Involuntary Refunds (Supplier Cancellations)

  • If an airline, hotel, or supplier cancels a service (e.g., flight cancellation, hotel overbooking), BestTrip will assist the customer in obtaining a refund or alternative option as per supplier rules.
  • BestTrip is not responsible for delays in refunds caused by suppliers.

 

7. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, customers must contact BestTrip support with booking details.
  • Refund requests will only be processed if submitted before the supplier’s cancellation deadline.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
