Refund Policy – BestTrip

At BestTrip, we strive to provide a hassle-free and transparent refund process. Our refund policy varies depending on the type of service booked. Please read the following carefully before requesting a refund.

 

1. General Refund Terms

  • All refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of airlines, hotels, embassies, and other service providers.
  • Processing times for refunds vary based on the service provider’s policy and may take 7–30 business days to be completed.
  • BestTrip is not responsible for any delays in refunds caused by airlines, hotels, or financial institutions.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

 

2. Flight Booking Refunds

  • Refund eligibility depends on the airline’s cancellation policy. Some tickets are non-refundable, while others may allow partial refunds after cancellation charges.
  • If the airline cancels a flight, BestTrip will assist in processing refunds or rebooking alternatives, based on the airline’s policy.
  • Any cancellation fees imposed by the airline will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

3. Hotel Booking Refunds

  • Refunds for hotel bookings depend on the cancellation policy of the hotel. Some hotels allow full refunds for cancellations made within a specific period, while others may charge penalties.
  • Non-refundable bookings will not be eligible for any refund.
  • No-shows or early checkouts are not eligible for refunds.

 

4. Umrah & Hajj Package Refunds

  • Once booked, Umrah & Hajj packages are non-refundable, except in cases where cancellation is due to visa rejection or government-imposed restrictions.
  • Partial refunds may be possible if cancellation is made well in advance, depending on airline, hotel, and service provider policies.
  • If cancellation occurs due to the customer’s personal reasons (e.g., illness, emergency), refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

 

5. Visa Processing Refunds

  • Visa fees are non-refundable, even if the application is rejected by the embassy.
  • Service fees for visa processing are also non-refundable, as they cover administrative costs.

 

6. Tour Package Refunds

  • Refunds for tour packages depend on the cancellation period:
    • More than 30 days before departure – Partial refund, subject to service provider deductions.
    • 15–30 days before departure – Partial refund with higher cancellation charges.
    • Less than 15 days before departure – No refund available.
  • Some tour components (e.g., attraction tickets, transfers) may be non-refundable.

 

7. Refunds Due to Force Majeure

  • In cases of natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions, refund eligibility depends on the policies of airlines, hotels, and service providers.
  • BestTrip will assist in rebooking or claiming refunds, but we do not guarantee full refunds in such circumstances.

 

8. Travel Insurance & Refunds

  • If a customer has purchased travel insurance, they may be eligible for refunds or compensation under the insurance policy.
  • Travel insurance refunds are subject to the insurer’s terms and conditions.

 

9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Reach out to our customer service team via phone, email, or visit our office.
  2. Provide Booking Details – Share your booking reference, payment receipt, and reason for cancellation.
  3. Processing Time – Refunds will be processed within 7–30 business days, depending on the service provider’s policy.
  4. Confirmation – Once processed, you will receive confirmation via email or phone.
